The AWA Scholarship Application for 2020-2021 is Now Open!

The American Warrior Association (AWA) is pleased to announce the 2020-2021 Tier One, Tier Two and Tier Three Scholarship for our Nation's Warrior Class transitioning to a civilian life of purpose that positively contributes back to society.  The Tier One Scholarship has an award of up to 15K per year for graduate programs, the Tier Two Scholarship is up to 10K per year for graduate programs and the Tier Three Scholarship provides 2.5K to offset costs in completing the 4th year of an undergraduate degree.  The scholarships are competitive and based solely upon merit and financial need.  You must be willing to "give-back" and raise up the next generation of Americans when you receive an AWA scholarship.  We are only in the business of geometrically progressing goodness in society.  The amount of scholarships awarded per year by AWA are solely based upon financial resources donated from great American Patriots and Organizations who share our vision of Duty, Honor and Country.  These three words remind us of "the requirements for what is right... and restrain us from the things that are wrong..." General MacArthur.  I personally would like to thank you for your service to our nation and continued willingness to put in the work to do even greater things!

TIER ONE SCHOLARSHIPS

(THE BILL MULDER SCHOLARSHIP)

The AWA grants scholarships up to $15,000 (based upon financial need) to offset tuition costs per year to association-approved universities or to any top 10 University MBA, Law or Medical program in the nation.  This is an extremely competitive scholarship application process.

Note: There is an expectation that each participant will willingly volunteer back time and resources in the future to other non-profit organizations or educational institutions that help others in the participant’s local community. Speaking about unselfish service, love of country and taking care of others at schools, colleges or universities as well as helping at-risk youth are a few examples of giving back to society; collectively changing our culture for good.

TIER TWO SCHOLARSHIPS

The AWA grants scholarships up to $10,000 (based upon financial need) to offset tuition costs per year to association-approved universities or to any top 10 University MBA, Law or Medical program in the nation.  This is an extremely competitive scholarship application process.

TIER THREE SCHOLARSHIPS

The AWA grants up to $2,500 scholarships to transitioning Special Operation Forces (SOF) Operators and Combat Veterans per year to offset out-of-pocket expenses occurred while completing a four-year degree program or trade school.  Although the 9/11 G.I. Bill pays for 36 months of college education, the final year of a four-year degree program is uncovered.

MENTORSHIP

The AWA uses its broad corporate, business, veteran and strategic partner networks to partner with transitioning SOF Operators, Combat Veterans and First Responders before, during and after educational programs to endeavor together towards success.  A transitioning Combat Veteran is not truly successful until he is in a position to contribute back to others, his community and truly promote the well-being and good will of those around him.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The AWA connects creative and innovative business minded SOF Operators, Combat Veterans and First Responders with our network of businessmen, angel investors, venture capitalists and successful veterans for mentorship and partnerships to success.
